Monitor
and regularly update the status of production orders in the system to ensure
accurate and timely order tracking.
Plan
and allocate looms for booked orders based on committed delivery dates,
production requirements, and supplier capacity.
Coordinate
with suppliers/weavers for loom planning and production schedules for both new
and running orders.
Coordinate
with the Yarn Team to align production plans with yarn availability and ensure
uninterrupted production.
Monitor
greige fabric stock levels and proactively manage shortages to avoid production
or shipment delays.
Coordinate
with the Marketing Team regarding urgent, priority, and time-sensitive
shipments.
Follow
up with weavers/suppliers on fabric quality complaints and ensure timely
resolution to maintain required quality standards.
Coordinate
with customers and provide timely updates regarding fabric stock availability
to support shipment planning and upcoming requirements.
Follow
up with suppliers/weavers on fabric dispatches to ensure timely delivery as per
the committed schedule.
Coordinate
with the Warehouse Team regarding loading schedules, stock availability, and
dispatch arrangements.
Share
complete dispatch details, including invoices, packing lists, vehicle details,
and other relevant information, with customers.
Coordinate
the movement of greige fabric from weaving units to finishers for further
processing as per production requirements.
Prepare
and issue Fabric Sales Contracts against MG Fabric bookings.
Prepare
and issue Yarn Purchase Orders (POs) against MG Fabric orders.
Prepare
and issue Conversion Purchase Orders (POs) against MG Fabric orders.
Prepare
and issue Processing Purchase Orders (POs) against MG Fabric orders.
Ensure
that all relevant transactions, orders, production updates, purchase orders,
and other required entries are accurately recorded and updated in the system
against MG Fabric orders.
Maintain
proper coordination and communication among Marketing, Yarn, Suppliers/Weavers,
Warehouse, Finishing, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth order execution
and timely deliveries.
Perform
any other job-related duties assigned by management.
